Wichita, Kan. - The 2014 Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships begin this Friday and Saturday, May 2nd and 3rd, at Bethel College in Newton, Kansas. Events will start at 3:00 p.m. on Friday with the men's Long Jump and Javelin, and women's Discus and High Jump. Saturday's competition will begin at 2:00 p.m. with the men's Hammer Throw and Triple Jump, and the women's Pole Vault and Shot Put. Presentation of team championships, Athlete of the Meet and Coach of the Year awards will conclude the Championships around 8:30 p.m. Saturday evening.
