Kapaun Mount Carmel freshman Kelsi Andrews was a winner in her first City League cross country championship Saturday at Cessna Activity Center.

Pulling away at the end, Andrews won the 4-kilometer race by nine seconds with a time of 15 minutes, 25 seconds.

Bishop Carroll senior Nick Martin won the boys race, and Carroll won both team titles.
