EL DORADO – It had been five races since the last time Kelsi Andrews had won, and for the caliber of runner that the Kapaun Mount Carmel sophomore is, that is a long time. Andrews returned to her winning ways Saturday morning, covering 4 kilometers in 14 minutes, 59.66 seconds on the Bluestem Point course to win the El Dorado Invitational. “I was really happy with my time and it gives me a lot of confidence,” said Andrews, who came on at the end of last season to win league and regional titles. “I’m really excited for City (League) next week.
