In his final season of cross country at Winfield, Riley Osen has been on a tour of prestigious meets in the Midwest.

It began in September when Osen traveled to Missouri to compete in the Missouri Southern Stampede, where he was runner-up and ran the fastest time in his career at 15 minutes, 25 seconds.

Next up was coming back to Kansas to race at Rim Rock, where Osen didn’t meet his lofty standards, but he made up for it this past weekend when he traveled to the Chile Pepper Festival at the University of Arkansas and finished 10th in 15:28.
